There is a Linux box on the other side of that button. The last
person to use it was careful. They stripped the machine down, hid
what mattered, and left without telling anyone the way back in.

You get a shell on it. That is all you get. Everything you need to
open the box is somewhere on the box, and every command you need
was in the workshop.

  Nothing to install.
      It runs in this browser. A phone works, badly.

  Type `help` first.
      It lists every command the box still has, and there is
      nothing else on it. No grep, no find, no editor.

  You cannot break it permanently.
      `rm` really does delete, with no recycle bin and no undo.
      `reset-box` really does put it all back.

  It is yours alone.
      Everyone gets their own copy of the machine, so nothing you
      do to it touches anybody else.

  When it opens, you get a QR code.
      Show it to me in person. That is the whole point, and it is
      worth something.

The code works exactly once, so do not hand it round: whoever
scans it first is the one who gets the reward.

Losing your tab is survivable. The box prints a link when you log
in that returns you to the same session for six hours.
